Booking & Proposals
All clients receive a detailed proposal outlining services, pricing, and timelines. Your date is not reserved until the proposal is signed and we confirm receipt.

Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your proposal. Late or missing payments may delay delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 30 days of your event forfeit the retainer. Rescheduling is allowed (based on availability) if more than 30 days’ notice is given.

Delivery
Final photos and videos are delivered within the time stated in your package after full payment is received. Physical items (USB drives, albums, etc.) will be delivered as outlined in your proposal.

Media Usage
You’ll have rights to use your delivered photos and videos for personal or agreed promotional use. All unused footage and photos remain the property of Unbound Productions and may be used for our marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing location permissions and informing participants about filming or photography.

Liability
We will always do our best to capture every important moment, but we cannot be held responsible for issues outside our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, technical failures).
