General Questions
Q: What services do you offer?
A: Unbound Productions provides professional videography and photography for events, businesses, and special projects. Our packages range from short social media reels to cinematic highlight films, complete with high-resolution photos, custom editing, and additional add-ons to fit your needs.
Q: Where are you located, and do you travel?
A: We are based in Columbus, Ohio, and serve clients locally and in surrounding areas. We’re happy to travel for your event; travel fees may apply depending on location.
Booking & Payment
Q: How do I book a service with Unbound Productions?
A: Every project begins with a custom proposal. Your booking is only confirmed once you’ve signed the proposal and we’ve confirmed receipt of your signature. Work will not begin until this step is completed.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before final delivery of your content. The exact amount will be listed in your proposal.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be included in your proposal.
Editing & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to receive my photos and videos?
A: Delivery times vary by package:
Essentials: 14 days
Highlights: 15 days
Complete Story: 16 days
Cinematic Experience: 17 days
Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
Q: Will I get to see or choose the raw footage?
A: Raw footage is available as an add-on for $100. All final content is professionally edited for quality before delivery.
Usage Rights & Marketing
Q: Who owns the photos and videos after delivery?
A: You receive personal or commercial use rights depending on your project. Unbound Productions retains the right to use any unused or extra footage and photos for our marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Q: Can I request changes after delivery?
A: Yes. One round of minor revisions is included with every package. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Event Day
Q: How many team members will be at my event?
A: This depends on your package. Some packages include a single videographer/photographer, while our Cinematic Experience includes two videographers for multiple perspectives.
Q: Do you work with event planners or other vendors?
A: Absolutely! We love collaborating to ensure your event runs smoothly and your vision comes to life.
Policies
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule?
A: We understand life happens. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a future date.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for remaining balances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
